How do I set up an account?

​

On the homepage, please click on the link “Apply to be a Stockist” and submit your application.  Once we have received and approved your application, we will send you the login details and password.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

​

No, but please note that our sets are sold as sets. 

 

Do your prices include VAT?

​

 No we are not registered for VAT at this time

 

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due 20th of the month following date of invoice.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or deposit into our account.

Details will be found on your invoice.

 

What happens if we receive our order and any items are damaged?

​

If the unfortunate situation arises that your items are damaged in transit, please send us an email with pictures of any damage and your invoice details.  We will then refund or send out replacement goods if available ASAP. 

Please notify us within 48hours of deliver and any damaged items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

How and when will we receive our orders?

​

If we have the stock available, we will endeavor to send out your order within 3-5 days.

If stock has to be ordered in or a custom design made then lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks.
